  • Do we need to move out during our home extension, kitchen or bathroom renovation?
    There is no need to leave your home during your home refurbishment. We understand that construction work can seem like a big upheaval, but we pride ourselves on being very respectful house guests. Our team are polite, courteous and respectful renovation contractors – keeping disruption to a minimum, we ensure your home is clean and tidy at the end of each and every day. We’re a friendly bunch; we think you will enjoy working with us.
  • Are there any hidden costs that I need to consider?
    Our free of charge on-site property survey means that we are able to provide highly accurate and detailed quotations. We are not tied to any supplier or manufacturers, which gives us maximum flexibility for commercial building contracting or as residential property renovators. We provide affordable, yet realistic fixed-price quotations to our customers - which we stand by. There are no hidden extras or nasty surprises! We are proud to offer high-quality property developments, meticulous craftsmanship and impeccable customer service, but at a competitive price.
  • Can we pay in instalments?
    Each of our building work or property refurbishment projects is designed specifically around the budget and the individual requirements of each customer. We understand that many of our customers would prefer to be invoiced as their development progresses. We are happy to offer flexible instalments that suit you.
  • Do you offer a warranty or guarantee on your builds or renovations?
    Our skilled team of tradesmen have specialist experience and a thorough work ethic. We are intentionally a small team, which means we can always maintain tighter quality control and outstanding attention to detail. Our ten-year warranty covers all workmanship along with all build materials. Should anything not be quite as it should, we'll get straight on to it, rectifying it as soon as possible. In addition, we also provide an additional insurance-backed guarantee scheme if you would prefer a greater level of cover. However, as you would expect, we are covered by own our public liability insurance for up to £5 million.
  • Can you handle the planning and building regulations for us?
    We understand that planning and building control legislation can seem like navigating a minefield. A trusted partner, we offer an all-inclusive design and build package to help to lighten the load. This fully managed service handles the entire process for you, from your initial survey to the final day of your project. We can manage architect consultants to specialist heating engineers. We will ensure that all your ducks are in a row at all times, making sure that you are always compliant with the correct legislation, affording you complete peace of mind.
  • How much disruption will there be during an office renovation?
    The world of work has certainly changed a lot in the last few years so many businesses are downsizing, revamping or reconfiguring their office spaces. We understand that after a difficult period for all businesses, the last thing you need is more disruption or uncertainty. Your business continuity is our top priority – as we are independent, we are one of the few commercial construction companies in London that can work very flexibly around you and the needs of your team. We keep your team's health and safety uppermost in our minds at all times. Highly reliable, we strictly keep to our agreed schedule – your commercial construction will be delivered on time and on budget. If there is anything that would make your redevelopment easier for you and your team, just let your dedicated project manager know.
  • Can we arrange a meeting at the property to discuss our ideas with you?
    Of course. Our no obligation property survey is completely free of charge. We listen – interpreting your commercial or house remodelling ideas. We will take the time to really get to know you and your ambitions. We also undertake feasibility assessments for any structural alteration considerations. This helps us provide a detailed, and most importantly, an accurate quotation.   • What qualifications do you hold?
    Prime Construct Founder, Sam Flaxman, gained his Master’s degree in Building & Structural Engineering at the University of Manchester. He has since gained further industry qualifications, which include The Management Safety Training Scheme, (SMSTS) and qualifying as a BREEAM Assessor. Prior to developing Prime, Sam has over 10 years' experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager delivering premium builds and renovations. The team at Prime Construct have many years of building experience and are qualified tradesmen from all areas of the construction industry. Our team is supported by a wider team of certified sub-contractors and accredited consultants, from Gas Safe engineers and fire safety advisors to acoustic consultants and party wall surveyors.
  • Do you install sustainable energy systems?
    We work with a team of specialised sustainable heating engineers who can install solar PV panels and air source heat pumps, alongside other eco-friendly gadgets, such as instant boiling water taps. Whatever specialist installation you’re hoping for our carefully selected extended team of specialists, contractors and consultants will make it happen.
