Sam holds an MEng in Civil and Structural Engineering and has over 10 years of project management experience on large commercial developments. This passion guides every project from concept to completion, ensuring a lasting legacy of craftsmanship and excellence.
Head of Operations & Project Management
Josh Ducker is our Head of Operations and Project Manager, bringing over 9 years of experience managing projects for leading London-based contractors. His deep understanding of both on-site work and strategic planning makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
Construction Manager
Marius is our Construction Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience as a skilled carpenter in the UK. Marius combines his exceptional craftsmanship with the demands of site management, ensuring the highest standards on every project.

Prime Construct maintains recognised memberships and accreditations including CHAS, FMB (Federation of Master Builders), and NABC (National Association of Building Contractors), demonstrating our commitment to quality, compliance, and professional standards.
All subcontractors we appoint are trusted partners, approved to work on our sites under schemes including NICEIC and Gas Safe.
We provide a 2-year Building Work Guarantee (BWG) on all general construction work, along with a 6-year BWG covering structural defects under our FMB Building Contract. This means every stage of your project, whether it's a refurbishment, loft conversion, or extension, is fully protected, giving you complete confidence throughout the process.
In addition, clients have the option to take out an extended FMB Building Work Guarantee. This insurance-backed cover offers further protection for 6 or 10 years from the date the work is completed.
As you would expect, we are comprehensively covered with our own public liability policy for up to £5 million.
